Recent work available to purchase on the galleries that represent my work online.

The above image is called “Tidal Pool” 18×24 Acrylic on Canvas. It is inspired by my time in the seashores of the Florida Keys, Key Biscayne, Mattheson Hammock, and Homestead Bayfront Park. Is a continuation of my recent work with dwindling ecosystems and the effects they have on the inhabitants of these environments.

I’m simplifying the forms a bit since I believe my audience has a common knowledge of what many of these marine animals look like. At the same time is not truly important to me doing a ultrarealistic interpretation, that is not my goal I’m more interested in portraying these environments in the most beautiful way possible. This is similar in both design and thought process “Don’t Get Triggered By The Goggle Eyes” Hope you enjoy.

Beautiful Islamorada Condominium:   Florida Keys Real Estate Photography

From a few days ago a small sampling of Real Estate Photography in the Florida Keys of a Beautiful Islamorada Condominium done by Florida Keys Real Estate Photography professional,  Jorge R Gonzalez.

I was contacted a few weeks back by one of the Florida Keys great Real Estate Brokers, Barbara Eads of Barbara Eads Realty about doing a real estate photography of an amazing condo down in Islamorada. She was interested in having me photograph a property which will be listed for sale and express a desire to obtain quality professional images.

With the real estate market been so dynamic in the sense of location and eye catching visuals playing a great role in the sale or none sale of a property she made a wise decision in hiring a professional to capture the beauty of this property. It is easy to simply try to work with mediocrity and use a simple iphone or other similar devices to “take a picture” of a property that will be listed in the hundreds of thousands. But of course that is not what will bring the buyers for  a closer look at a property. It takes quality real estate photography to attract a very discerning client to make the call to schedule an appointment.

A professional real estate photographer not only brings the pro level equipment and software to make the property pop but years of expertise on the use of such equipment to give results far above any smart phone can give. Like many things in life we try to do a DIY project that we think is going to save us money but at the end we truly realize that we could have spent our time more wisely and hire a professional. What a pro can in a few hours achieving spectacular results a DIY will never get right even after unnerving tedious experimentation on the use of a phone camera to achieve results that only a pro can achieve.

So as I stated in the beginning Barbara made a wise decision in looking for someone with experience and proven results in quality real estate photography. Here is a Link to Barbara Eads Realty in Tavenier: www.keysforsale.com

I hope you enjoy the images of this beautiful 3 bedroom 2 1/2 bath home in paradise and if interested contact Barbara for a showing of this wonderful property in the heart of the Florida Keys.

Kelly and Brent, Destination Wedding: Islamorada Key

When Kelly first contacted me over a year ago from China about her Destination Wedding in the Florida Keys at first I was a bit surprised and hesitant. Usually when someone contacts you from another country like Nigeria the first thing that we think of is scam!! But that was not the case, as we continued to email back and forth she told me of her plans to marry the dream of her life which she actually met in China.

A few months after our initial contact we met while she came to the South Florida area to look at the different venues available for her beautiful Destination Wedding in a tropical setting like only the Florida Keys can offer. On a side note on a that meeting I noticed how organized she was with all her tabs placed in her three ring binder, it was perfect with the details. She had done her trial make up session and I took a few test shots outside of Starbucks, which I never showed her because my camera lens has actually fogged up from the difference in humidity and temperature. Not a good start for me!!

During the months leading to her beautiful wedding I kept in touch with her as she made her final decision on the venue. She decided on Coconut Cove Resort in Islamorada (spanish for purple island) even though the hard head locals pronounce it aisle-a-more-AH-dah It is still Isla Morada I’s an inside joke since I know a few of those hard headed locals 😉

The Resort is owned and run by Paul and Magda Bates a beautiful couple with a great family and a great crew that never stopped working all the time that we were there. They provided the accommodations, rehearsal dinner, decorations, ceremony, reception dinner and even the grand finale of the first dance: Fireworks!!

I prepared a small preview of the many images of the two day event that my beautiful wife and I captured. Yes she went along and she was a tremendous help. I think she might becoming part of my crew 😉

Here is the short preview in video form showing the stunning sunrise and more important a very loving and beautiful couple:
