Architectural Photography Pricing for the South Florida Area
Basic Package:
$ 150.00
I. The above price includes the following:
A. Photo shoot of Property which will include approximately 15 edited images.
1. Area of Miami to Key Largo included.
2. Middle, Lower Keys as well as North Miami and Miami Beach are also areas we work in. *
B. Property size included in price will up to 3 bedrooms with approximately 2,500 sq. ft.
under air in total size. *
C. Property should be clean and staged before the shoot with all light fixtures operational.
D. Normal editing of images to produce the highest quality for showcasing the home is
part of the package.
1. Removal of external distractions around property while editing images is available. *
2. Only small distracting features should be edited in order to provide the buyer with a
realistic display of the property.
E. A short walkthrough Video Tour will be included.
1. Tour will consist of outdoor area, entrance, main living area, kitchen, master bedroom
and bathroom. Agent may request any additional features to highlight on the tour.
F. Images will be provided to agent via email or Dropbox.
G. I will require property address before final quote is given as well as to determine best
time of day for photo shoot.
1. Owners can be present during shoot, they simply need to be aware that we will be
moving from room to room and will also need plenty of space for the different angles.
H. Dusk photography of home would be available. *
II. Aerial photography is also available by a licensed drone pilot. *
